Position Title: Clinical Operations Specialist- Integration

Position Summary:  

The primary responsibility of the Clinical Operations Specialist - Integrations is to act as an EHR support analyst and best practice consultant. The Clinical Operations Specialist works primarily with clinical onboarding for implementations and interface projects. The Specialist will build and apply expertise in an area that supports the organization’s goals of optimizing the level at which practice providers and staff use enterprise EHR platform. This may include but is not limited to: practice assessments; clinical build and configuration; workflow design and integrations.  The Specialist advises Unified EHR stakeholders on the most efficient workflows and best practices to optimize EHR usage.

Essential Job Functions:  

  • Support, configure and quality check clinical table builds for implementation projects
  • Assist with Interface project work, including workflow design, testing and troubleshooting
  • Support the Clinical Operations Salesforce Queue for provider and care center change requests

Additional Job Functions:

  • Participate in staff meetings
  • Assist with workflow changes for care centers
  • Perform clinical data import quality checks
  • Support go-lives on-site and remotely
  • Manage clinical operations tasks for established providers and care centers
  • Manage clinical enrollment tasks
  • Assist with clinical content builds
  • Manage unconfigured user tasks

Position Requirements:

  • Remote position
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 progressive years working with EHR technology from an implementation, problem resolution and change management perspective
  • Experience implementing and enhancing clinical workflows, EMR/EHR software and/or physician practice management applications.  Experience with athenaClinicals EMR is preferred
  • Experience working with interfaces is preferred
  • Effective time management, logical problem solving and analytical skills with a demonstrated attention to detail
  • Outstanding listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work and communicate with providers and practice staff
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
